Description
From a quick outing last night, in a tree to my left I could hear the eastern kingbirds going crazy, then suddenly a merlin appears with an eastern kingbird in tow. The falcon had just grabbed dinner, but it was not an easy catch!

A second kingbird was in hot pursuit of the falcon and was attacking the merlin, actually landing on the merlins back.
Bad light, the low setting sun, and the subject was going away from me, but I though it might be of interest to some.
