Wood Ducks In-Flight
Late September wood ducks photographed in flight in evening light, the fall colours are in full swing now making the backgrounds rich and full of colour!
The male wood duck pictured above was just taking flight from his favorite pond. I noticed about 6 pairs of wood ducks this evening including this female wood duck taking to wing.
I love photographing ducks in-flight and wood ducks are number one on my list of ducks to photograph. The male ducks are unbelievable colorful.
