Finally, I got a chance to see and photograph the great gray owl! Today I went looking for the great gray and found two of these owls hunting along a fence line north west of Calgary, what a thrill!.Here are a few photos of the great grey owl from today. I went to Grand Valley road. This road I go for mushroom picking all summer.
I have seen 2 great but it was to dark to take pictures. I will try to go early over there.
