Alberta’s Great Gray Owls
Yes, more photos of the wild great gray owls that roam the forests of Alberta Canada! These are not fresh photos, but are a few weeks old from other owl outings, some posted here on the site.
A friend of mine, and fellow photog David Lilly went looking for the owls again today, second time in a row and we got skunked, again! Nothing, not even a glimpse of the gray ghost. Oh well, better luck next time.
I have received emails requesting MORE of the great gray owl photos, so here are a few more images of this awesome owl. Two of them from the owl outing found here, and the rest are from another day north west of Calgary. The below and left photo is a full frame (re-sized for the web) photograph of the great gray owl.
