My Review - My first day out testing my new Nikon 300mm f/2.8 VR (vibration reduction) on snowy owls in flight just west of Calgary, Alberta. It was dark, total overcast, snowing like crazy and high winds that made matters worse, did I mention cold! But the nikkor 300mm f/2.8 VR tracked perfectly, locked on target even when the owl was just a blur behind blowing snow!
